Exit Only

Exit it only. I was so glad this was the last flight I had to make home from Saudi Arabia, After 6 1/2 years I was ready.

I cut a large X in the center of the page and tore out the edges to the size of my photo, and the back ground color that I wanted to show. I smeared Gesso in various places, after it dried I applied Tim Holtz Distressing ink on torn edges and over Gesso, and onto cardstock mats.

I distressed the edges of the cardstock mats with the scissor technique. To do this place the scissors onto the edge of the paper like you are going to cut it, but instead rub the blades against edges gently. This will distress and tear the paper. You can take a round tool such as a paper punch and curl the torn edges if you like.
